Brought in my chevy for check engine light. Was told the repair would be covered under warranty. Picked the car up, CEL came back on immediately. I called and texted them twice a week with no update. They ghosted me for another 3 weeks. Then, told me it would be $750 for the repair, and that the rental would be covered until the date they called me back. When the car was ready for pickup, the total was over $2200. At that point, there wasn’t much I could do but pay. I could never get in contact with a supervisor/manager. I’ve been going to dealerships across the country for over 15 years, and never had such a bad experience. This place is shady at best, and I’ll be pursuing legal action. More

So the conclusion is the following: a) they do the job well; b) their labor is very, very exprnsive; c) They take their time to service your vehicle and something that can be easily achieved in few hours, well, they might stretch it for a day or a day and a half. Also when it’s time to pick up your vehicle remember the following: a) they do not accept checks (kind of normal), b) they do not accept American Express (annoying because they are already charging a lot for labor) d) after you pay at the kiosk it takes on average 15 minutes to have the car delivered to you sometimes even longer.
