They do their job which is already something these days. However, when it comes to hourly rates they are pretty high and the amount of hour that are necessary to accomplish a task in my opinion they don’t m However, when it comes to hourly rates they are pretty high and the amount of hour that are necessary to accomplish a task in my opinion they don’t match the bill. So the conclusion is the following: a) they do the job well; b) their labor is very, very exprnsive; c) They take their time to service your vehicle and something that can be easily achieved in few hours, well, they might stretch it for a day or a day and a half. Also when it’s time to pick up your vehicle remember the following: a) they do not accept checks (kind of normal), b) they do not accept American Express (annoying because they are already charging a lot for labor) d) after you pay at the kiosk it takes on average 15 minutes to have the car delivered to you sometimes even longer. More
