I held off leaving this review hoping that this dealership would eventually show interest in helping me purchase a car. I put up with 12 days of asking questions and no one actually helping me befo dealership would eventually show interest in helping me purchase a car. I put up with 12 days of asking questions and no one actually helping me before I decided to leave this. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked about delivery and for photos of the car repeatedly and they refused to give me any answers. Eventually, I was promised pics and of course they were never sent. I would get replies, when they would actually send them, saying they hadn't heard from me when I was emailing daily. One person jacked the price up of the car $10k over the listed price on their website. Finally, instead of answering my questions they would send me promotional emails. After 12 days of emailing and getting very few replies they just stopped communicating with me altogether. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this dealership more than earned this review. You can make your own decision, but I would look elsewhere if your looking for solid customer service and a staff eager help sell you a car. More

Anyone who has bought a car through a dealership, or researched buying a car through a dealership, is familiar with the “dealer installed options,” miscellaneous markups, and the service plans they try to tack on afterwards, all of which can be negotiated around, haggled down and/or accepted. I initially made contact with one Jorge Osuna via email requesting a price breakdown of a car including any dealer installed options. Any PROFESSIONAL dealership would be more than happy to supply this information. In my personal opinion, this dealership is employing “slease-ball” tactics usually employed by those cliché small, desperate, and pushy used car dealerships. Chevrolet is a world renowned company and when you walk into one of their legitimate dealerships, you expect a professional experience. My advice is to seek an honest and transparent dealership which Culver City Chevrolet most definitely is not. Thank You More

Dropping 30k on a car and they can’t even return a phone call additionally there’s about 8 sales man just standing in unison like lions looking for there next prey. Quite a few items that I was left ghosted on. 1. Finance team incorrectly marked my contract not elg for a refinance but I really was yet no email confirmation of the correction that I asked for 1. This used to be a decent dealership for car service. But it has deteriorated so much. It is just a terrible service now. I'll go elsewhere and suggest the same to you. They've kept my car, without giving me a loaner, for 3 whole weeks, for 2 small matters that wasn't even urgent. I dealt with Giovanni at service. He's probably the worst. Aside from giving me every excuse in the book, the one thing I asked from him was to keep me updated. Instead, I've had to chase him everyday, leaving messages, and he didn't even call back one time. He shouldn't be in that position to make everyone miserable with his absolute lack of care for others. I hope he's removed from that position. I tried to reach Jose, the service manager several times. Not once did he return my call. I guess the place is rotten from top to down. If people like Giovanni see his manager treating customers this way he sees that there's nothing wrong with treating you and I so poorly. More

She always treats me with respect she’s prompt and efficient and the usual unpleasant experience of getting a car service I get from Jordan Rathman.
