A shout out to Mr. Nader Beskal and Mr. George Ragaie! I came to Crystal Toyota with my family to replace my "Sick Car" and immediately I was welcomed by Mr. Beskal and Ragaie. I did not wait online and be I came to Crystal Toyota with my family to replace my "Sick Car" and immediately I was welcomed by Mr. Beskal and Ragaie. I did not wait online and before I knew it, I was sitting down telling them about the car I am looking to buy. They listened to me carefully and took all the features I wanted into consideration. They didn't try to push me to buy something that my family and I did not need. They recommended the right cars that matched my needs and budget. Mr. Ragaie was nice enough to discus all the safety features of each car and showed us all the available colors as well . God bless his patience! He went on a ride with my 2 daughters while trying the new car and answered all their curious questions. Then, when it was time to make a decision and start the paper work, Mr. Beskal provided me with all the information I needed to know about the finance and helped us finalize the process with a GREAT DEAL. My over all experience was more than satisfying because of those two gentlemen. They were professional and knew exactly the meaning of good customer service. I highly recommend them both if you are looking for a good deal! More

Purchased New Highlander I believe this is the 6th Toyota we have purchased from Crystal Auto Mall over many years. In all those years we have found Toyota to be very professional, fair pricing, honest and most importantly reliable. We never permit any one to work on our cars except Toyota to work on our cars including all maintenance. The new upgraded facility is a pleasure to visit and wait while your car is being serviced. Nadar Beskal assisted our purchase of our last 3 Toyota's. When we decided to purchase our last car a 2016 Sienna we made sure to look up Nadar to assist us in the purchase. He was very patient to explain all the workings of the car and provided his cell phone to be called at any time if we had any questions. This time we once again went directly to Nadar again but this time in a well deserved new position as Sales Relations Manager. He made the very difficult decisions seem easy with his excellent knowledge of the vehicles never having to make us wait while he looked up the information. He to;d us the price up front witrh no hidden costs and made us feel there was no need to look elsewhere due to the reputation we have experienced with Crystal Auto Mall and our good friend Nadar. We are now the proud owners of our new Toyota Highlander thanks to Nadar and the Crystal Auto Mall Team. We will continue to have all service and repair work done by Crystal and continue to recommend Crystal Auto Mall to all of our friends whenever the topic comes up. Our recommendation would be that when you have a Dealership as good as Chrystal Auto Mall and a Sales Manger as great as Nadar do not change anything just continue to do what you do best sell and service cars. If I could give 0 stars, I would After now three visits to Crystal Toyota for the same issue, it is safe to say I am never using their services nor will I be visiting their sales floo After now three visits to Crystal Toyota for the same issue, it is safe to say I am never using their services nor will I be visiting their sales floor ever again. My 2010 Rav4 was purchased from Autoland Toyota and has received servicing from Crystal Toyota ever since its purchase date. This past January I began to experience break weakness and squeaking. In November of 2016, the car had the entire front brake system replaced, (at Crystal Toyota) where this issue was said to have been solved. On the 16th of January, I brought the vehicle in for an appointment to address the issue. It became clear that it was time for my entire rear brake system to be replaced. Nearly six hundred dollars later, I drove out of Crystal Toyota with the understanding that my breaks were set for at least the next couple years without adjustment. Early February, I slowly began to notice the same exact screeching when brakes were applied. With each day the noise became louder and more prominent. On the 8th of February, I scheduled another service appointment to address, for the second time, the same issue. Another 6 hours in the shop and they concluded that the noise was now coming from the front rotors. As stated in my receipt, "Noise coming from front rotors. Cut rotors as a courtesy to the customer. Test drove vehicle. No longer making noise." As I left the dealership that night, I used their designated exit, in which is a very steep incline to get back onto Route 22. As soon as I applied my brakes I noticed yet ANOTHER muffled squeak. At this point in time, I gave the car, for what I thought could be the case, time to "adjust" to the last service job. Week after week, the sound began to amplify yet again. On March 19th I was due for an oil change and brought my car into my normal Castrol location. From the moment the service manager took my car from the waiting area to the shop, (not even 10 feet) he questioned when the last time my brakes had been serviced. I agreed with the servicer that it is clearly still an issue and took my car to Crystal Toyota Servicing for a third time that day. I expressed my concerns to my services advisor, yet another time and then awaited a phone call regarding what could possibly be the prognosis this time around. A few hours later, I receive a call, where Ryan states that the caliper on my front brakes is frozen and in order to rid of all noise I will have to replace my entire front brake system, as was done back in late 2016, along with like I did with the rear system back in February. I was appalled. Not only was this now my third time at the service department, but it was for the SAME EXACT issue all three times. I was not offered any sort of compensation for all the frustration I had gone through, nor was offered any sort of discount on the new front brake system I will now have to purchase because the issue was not noted the first or second time the car was brought in. Throughout this entire process, I feel as though I was both mislead and taken advantage of, especially since I am young and also a solo female. I spent nearly eight-hundred dollars between the first two visits, all for the service department to tell me I now, after 3 months of frustration, will also need an entirely new front brake system. If that doesn't sound like scamming, I am not sure as to what would. Because of this, after being a loyal customer for a great deal of time, I will never visit Crystal Toyota for servicing ever again, nor will I purchase from their sales floor as I was planning on doing in the near future.
