Not a good Experience Yor service person could not find my appointment made by computer for a simple oil and filter change. l. When asked if they will do the work even if Yor service person could not find my appointment made by computer for a simple oil and filter change. l. When asked if they will do the work even if they could not find the appointment the service person was very direct bordering nasty and did not try to accommodate me. She said that it would take 1 1/2 hours to do the work if I wanted to wait. So I left the premises and had the work done elsewhere immediately. Not a very good experience for a customer that bought the car there and always had the service work there. More
