Great Mechanics I've been to 3 Toyota dealerships since I purchased 2 Toyota Camrys in the last 20 years. This service department is the best among the three. The oth I've been to 3 Toyota dealerships since I purchased 2 Toyota Camrys in the last 20 years. This service department is the best among the three. The other 2 dealers are Morristown and Autoland. I like Crystal because they really fix my car problems every time. The mechanics are skillful and truthful. I remember the first time I visited the service department. It was only a small room with 4 desks. Now they are huge with a comfortable waiting area. They must have had many repeat and happy customers. Or they wouldn't have grown to this size. More

They rotate tires, part of the package they sold me when purchasing the vehicle. Checking the pressure with a reliable gauge finds no problem - 30- 32 psi all around. Service manager's guesstimate for sensor replacement: $600. Because of course you should replace them all, not just the faulty one. Yeah, I'm skeptical. Coincidence ? TWO times now the TPMS comes on a few miles after leaving there. It's a high mileage vehicle, so yes, the sensors could be done. But the time before it was radiator flush, and drive belt. And tires... They don't get a worse rating because they rushed through the oil change in under an hour. Probably because they weren't going to try and sell anything. The ol' buyer beware. More
Upselling to the extreme! Bought this car from you and bought the service package. At 45K, you recommended an unneeded throttle body service and failed to install two filters covered by my plan. To save time, I went to Pep Boys, bought the filters, and installed them myself. At 50K, you recommended a wheel alignment despite the fact that you had performed a wheel alignment at 45K miles. You did install the filters you should have installed at 45K miles. You then recommended an unneeded throttle-body service and an unneeded fuel injector service. I fell for the fuel injector scam, shame on me. I'm willing to pay dealer prices for good service, and I intend to take really good care of BOTH my Toyotas so that they will last as long as they should. I really resent being upsold for work I don't need, and I really really resent being sold the same cow twice. More

Brianna and Nurmia failed to prepare a work order and notify mechanics. This is not the first time the service dept failed to service my vehicle. I am in the market for a new vehicle. Not at Crystal! I went in but were told that they made a mistake and I have to pay $1500 more for the exactly same car; I insisted on the quoted price, but were told "you have the right to leave". I called Jeff again in hope that they will keep their promise, the answer was "I didn't make a promise." Hm, then what was it that he was making? A nonsense?! More

Although I really needed a new car, I kept putting it off. I dread the thought of doing this all over again. Kind of like a colonoscopy. So I walked in with an attitude. Bravely, Julio Aldana approached me. Of course I started off by giving him a hard time. He let me express myself, while he gently figured out exactly why I came there in the first place. His approach calmed me down and gleaned from me a laundry list of what I wanted, expected, and at what price. Once he understood my wishes, he brought over Fady Beshara. At first I became apprehensive again: ah, here it comes, 'double teaming' me. Nope. Julio just shook my hand, got up, and went elsewhere. Fady reviewed my list and negotiated with me. Straight forward and honest. Only afterward, did he bring Juilo back to continue his role, and Fady left. Yes, they worked as a team, but each had a distinct part in the conversation and left while the other did his job. There were no high pressure back and forth tactics with these two. No good cop, bad cop. Just each other in complementing functions. Together they made the sale while making me feel like I had twice the service. Good job guys. There is a lot more I can say, but you'll have to go there to find out for yourselves. For me, I have a nice new I want to take for a spin instead of writing. More
