Alan in the Service Dept is also very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding customer service. He also makes sure he gets the correct information when ordering parts. He ordered a new radio to be installed in my Camry, and made sure he looked at the correct serial number, etc. on my Camry, himself, to make sure the information was correct the first time. From the moment we started our transaction to the moment it ended we were impressed with Amr. He was very professional and easy to deal with. He did not say we had to drive here or there. We felt free to say where we wanted to go. The sale price negotiations went very smoothly. We asked what Crystal wanted for the vehicle, they came back with a number, we countered, they came back with another number, we countered and the deal was done. We agreed on a number that was very close to what I had seen on Edmunds (confession... I had done quite a bit of research on Edmunds.com so that I would not be surprised by anything when we got to the dealership). My wife and I were very happy!!! The detailing on the vehicle was outstanding and completed very quickly. We had a tour of the service department and we were impressed with its organization and cleanliness. Lydia in finance was also very professional and personable. She explained everything to us in detail and everything was ready for us to sign, no waiting around needlessly. There was nothing unexpected thrown at us. Everything was as we expected. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna Predawn Gray Mica 7 passenger 3.5L V6 with carpeted floor mates/sill protectors & wheel locks. This minivan had most everything we wanted.
