Just wanted to say that Alan Anderson is a complete asset to your dealership. I have never had such great customer service in my life. After owning 4 Toyotas and 1 Scion, our 06 Rav4 was plagued with the In to your dealership. I have never had such great customer service in my life. After owning 4 Toyotas and 1 Scion, our 06 Rav4 was plagued with the Intermediate Shaft issues which attracted over 150,000 hits on the Toyota Rav4World owners's website. Toyota headquarters should rectify their manufacturer's error in totality rather than just have it as a TSB. That said he was able to communicate with my aftermarket warranty service which I purchased from your dealership for $1,900 and was able to get them to cover the repair. He went above and beyond for us and we have never experienced such great customer service before. We will be shopping for a highlander in the next year or two and will make sure that Crystal is the first dealership that we hit up for that purchase. More

This is my 3rd consecutive lease with Crystal Toyota. I appreciate the way they treat me as a customer - no annoying games (ie: I've got to go talk to my manager),or hard-close tactics like most other dealers. Returning our old car on lease was as easy as checking in a rental car. I drove our beautiful new Sienna away in less than 2 hours after I arrived at the dealership to start the process. Juan Pelaez, our salesperson was very good to deal with - professional, couteous and respectful of my time. He even helped me clean out the personal belongings from my the vehicle I returned. We have been very pleased with Crystal Toyota for both sales and service - we are loyal customers and I believe they actually treat us as valuable customers and appreciate our business. I am pretty sure we will come right back when our current lease ends, or will come here if we decide to change one of our other vehicles. More

I was so rushed that I felt something shady was going on. I think they just wanted me out of there before I changed my mind. The car I purchased had a majr scratch that I wanted taken care of as part of the deal. Of course their "paint guy" wasn't in (on a thursday afternoon), so they handed me touch up paint to do it myself. The plates were supposed to be mailed to me but never were; I had to track them down. Turns out they didn't have my phone # because nobody ever asked! I was also on my own as far as switching the vehicle with my insurance, something every other dealership always took care of for me. None of this was because they were overwhelmed, there was only one other customer in the whole place. I'm happy with the vehicle, but that reflects on Toyota, not the dealer More
