This is my second attempt to post the following regarding Crystal Automall on Dealerrater (1st attempt 6-30-11) My Avalon XLS lease secured at Crystal was about to expire and I was contacted by Crystal to s Crystal Automall on Dealerrater (1st attempt 6-30-11) My Avalon XLS lease secured at Crystal was about to expire and I was contacted by Crystal to stop by...I was greeted by Amr Elsayed who was very outgoing and friendly and had a big smile...he was enthusiastic and I felt he was sincerely interested in helping me find what I wanted (and he ultimately did). Although there were no Limited's on their lot in my potential color choice, he spent time showing me the standard/options of the Limited. Since I was just looking and not ready to deal, I left that evening (to review my finding at home) and did not feel any pressure from Amr to deal that evening (unusual for most sales persons). The next day he called and answered our many questions....my wife and I were able to agree on MUST options and color choice. I went back to negotiate and again Amr was enthusiastic and professional as we went thru the process....with the Toyota promotion he obtained a great lease price. Amr said he would get our specific vehicle the next day...and it was available that afternoon. Throughout the process Amr treated me with respect thus overall this was a pleasent experience. He is a definite asset to Crystal and I will recommend him and Crystal to friends interested in Toyota products. Regarding customer service/work quality....due to no fault of his, my electric window did not function... Amr and management made arrangements to have it addressed the next day (without an appointment). The Shop area quickly corrected the problem and apologized for any inconvience. I also dealt with Oscar Roncancio regarding the lease paperwork. He too was professional and very clear on documents I was signing... he offered other maintenance programs etc without any pressure. this process went quickly. I have since returned for my plates and a redo course on the remote start function...happy with the service. More

We have dealt with this dealership in the past. They have been and continue to be extremely caring with no pressure sales tactics. Toni Marzilli went above and beyond to assure my car (with a mysterious noise) was repaired. She did not stop until I was satisfied, alerting the service manager who finally found the cause of the nois (with a mysterious noise) was repaired.
