Where do I begin? First, I hate the car buying experience (before today). That said, my husband and I needed to trade in our piece of garbage that we still owed $7,000 on when it suddenly died a experience (before today). The car wasn't even running at the time. The kicker, we didn't want to have to put a lot of money down and we didn't want a large monthly payment. After reading the reviews online about Crystal Auto Mall, specifically, Mr. Amr Elsayed, we decided to give them and him a try. I called to make an appointment and proceeded to tell Mr. Elsayed the headache we'd been having with the car and how desperately we needed something new. He assured me that he could work something out for us and we went to see him today, Sept. 20, 2011. The entire experience was remarkable. I have NEVER enjoyed buying a car before! We looked at two vehicles, settled on trading for the 2011 Highlander and with lightning speed, we had a deal. We put down less than we anticipated and got the payments we wanted. Mr. Elsayed was the most friendly, professional and understanding car salesman I have ever worked with in my life. He was funny too! We never felt pressured and because he already knew our predicament, the negotiations were minimal. Mr. Elsayed is the absolute BEST and I know that I will buy another car from him when the time comes. I cannot say enough nice things about him and the deal he got us. Lidiya in the finance department was spectacular as well. I have never bought a car in less than three hours from walking in to driving away and I am still pinching myself. Our sales rep, Amr, and both Mark and Oscar from finance were very upfront on pricing, options and available cars and we didn't feel like we got a "hard sell". We were able to negotiate a lower money down option that fit our needs and got a much better financing rate than we had initially hoped for. All told, we came away from the process without any headaches and with a car we like at a price we could afford. Hard to ask for much more in a dealer than that. Highly recommend Crystal Auto Mall!
