The sales experience was more than unsatisfactory. The sales person showed me a 2008 Rav4 sport only, and gave me no other options. I had already advised Christine I would have a $1,000 deposit for a new vehicle, and she stated I had a $500 loyalty credit as well, but the sales manager said the $500 was only towards another Mazda, and wanted 2500 down with payments of $495 a month for the Rav4 sport. I was then shown a different 2008 Rav4 (not a Sport) that had been advertised, for $17,900, and they wanted $2,000 down with payments to stay at $495 a month. When I was shown the vehicle, there was no advertised price on it, but the price tag was thrown in the garbage next to the vehicle at the front of the showroom, outside where the vehicle was being shown. The sales mgr did not realize I saw them do this before showing me the vehicle. When I asked why I couldn't do the $2000 down and $495 a month for the Rav4 sport I was first shown, they said no, and were unwilling to negotiate the price on the sport model, which they said was posted $3,000 more than the other Rav4. So all of your vehicles are sold for the advertised sticker price? There is no negotiation? Once I got to finance, he found out I previously had a loan with Toyota motor credit and got my payment down, the sales mgr should have been aware of this and attempted to get me the best financing he could, instead of throwing out a number. In addition, it was the evening then I did this transaction, and it wasn't until daylight that I found he sold me a vehicle with a dent in the front lower bumper, and did not point that out to me beforehand. He also sold me a vehicle with a spare that had been previously plugged. To add insult to injury, they put the plates on, but then had to take them off. They never gave me the bolts and I could not put the plates on my vehicle without going to several stores to find bolts that fit. I would never return to this dealership and have told everyone I know professionally and personally that they are not reputable. More

We had bought our Camry and leased a Prius from Crystal Automall Toyota in Greenbrook, NJ. We will not recommend this dealership to our friends and family for following main reasons: 1) Service/ Maintenanc Automall Toyota in Greenbrook, NJ. We will not recommend this dealership to our friends and family for following main reasons: 1) Service/ Maintenance staff check off items on their checklist without actually working on them; we experienced this issue more than once. For example, we found out that windshield washer fluid was not refilled in our cars during service appointments but the service staff marked it 'done' on the checklist that they handed to us. Once we brought this to the service manager's attention and he had the staff check the fluid level in front of us and realized that it was not done and took care of it. THis had happened at previous appointments as well. Usually, we received a follow up call for service survey. BUt after this experience, we never received a single survey call from this dealership. We found this shady. I also personally called the operations manager to report this and he never returned any of my messages. Poor customer service for maintaining customer relations. 2) Experience during lease return was extremely disappointing. We had called beforehand to find out if an appointment was necessary, we were repeatedly told to just walk in M-F 9-7 and one of sales team members will help us. We did exactly that, we were greeted by a staff at the door who walked us to their 'Women Shop Cars' section. The gentleman asked everyone one by one in that sales section to assist us with our need. However, they all kept on saying that either they are busy or do not know how to do a lease return. None of the sales team had customers at that time. This made me question the competence of their staff member. We were told to wait in waiting area in front of the Women Shop Cars area and someone will help us. No one checked on us for 25 minutes and finally I asked concierge to check on status of our help request. It turns out that no one wanted to help us since we were not buying another car, and literally all the sales members disappeared from their chairs. Upon urging that we get help, we encountered yet another 'pass on the buck' moment from their staff. A sales woman named 'Berre' was not professional at all with us, she kept on repeating how we needed an appointment and kept asking us who was our lease rep, we kept on telling her what we were told over the phone prior to coming to dealership and that we didn't have a dedicated rep. Reluctantly she started tending to us, still trying to get out off helping us. Then she just grabbed another sales person stating that the other sweet lady, Amanda, was our lease rep as we have been talking to Amanda about our lease. the fact is we never spoke to Amanda about our Prius lease, but I guess Berre was trying to push us upon Amanda. Very very poor customer service experience from Berre, I will never want any of my friends and family to experience this with Berre and will never go back to this dealership since we were treated poorly. Amanda was wam and helpful. What a difference in staff's attitude from when we we getting cars as compared to when we just returning our lease. More

Great price given first time on lease. Service has been exceptional since taking the vehicle. Got another lease from same guy with the same results. After dealing with a bunch of jerks in other dealers thi exceptional since taking the vehicle. Got another lease from same guy with the same results. After dealing with a bunch of jerks in other dealers this place and this salesperson is a breath of fresh air. No joke, go see the jerks in the other dealerships then go see Mohamed at Crystal. If you think I'm wrong you can always go back to the jerks. More

I have been using Crystal Auto Mall for over ten years and this is the third car I have gotten through them. With this car, I decided that I was going to have all the servicing completed through the serv and this is the third car I have gotten through them. Every employee that I have worked with for over ten years, has been wonderful and it is always a pleasure to go there. In the service department, Toni and Vinnie have been wonderful. Whenever I need to come in, whether it's for a routine servicing or am experiencing some sort of a problem, their commitment to extraordinary service shines through. They are both highly competent and professional in the performance of their duties. I always feel welcomed and never feel taken for granted. Recently, I was having a problem with my car, and there was a problem diagnosing exactly what the problem was. During a follow up call from Toni, I expressed my concern that the problem was still occurring. She instructed me to "track" and record when the problem occurred, and she would follow up in a week. Well, one week later, like clockwork, Toni followed up with me and I discussed the findings with her. I brought in the car one more time, and the problem was identified, and appears to be resolved... thanks to Toni's tenacity, commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence. I couldn't be happier and Toni and Vinnie are to thank for it. I trust Toni and Vinnie to be honest with me and that they are looking out for my safety and best interests as well as providing a cost effective service experience. Thanks! More
