The work performed on my Toyota Venza was very successful and of the highest quality at Crystal Auto Mall. After presenting them with my original problem of not being able to lock my vehicle, they were very and of the highest quality at Crystal Auto Mall. After presenting them with my original problem of not being able to lock my vehicle, they were very patient with my multiple visits and multiple replacements of the ECU and various door accuators which somehow failed in the vehicle and ultimately we were able to get it fixed. This was a fairly complicated scenario which was nicely handled by the dealership. Everything is working fine now and I am very happy with the service at this dealership. Dennis More
My wife brings my car each time and has had good expereinces. There have been no issues and they resolved a simple challange for us at the last visit with no additional cost. I was greeted by the receptionist immediately upon entering the Service Department. As soon as I gave her my name and she checked me in the computer, a gentleman excorted me over to the service advis entering the Service Department. As soon as I gave her my name and she checked me in the computer, a gentleman excorted me over to the service advisor, Andres, Andres had my appointment and paperwork in front of him in no time. He confirmed that I was there for my 5,000 mile service and that I needed my front tire checked out because the warning light for low pressure kept coming on. He invited me to wait in the customer waiting area and would call me when my car was ready. I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee, which tasted pretty good on such a chilly morning. They called me back to the service area within 40 minutes approximately. Everything checked out fine and Andres assured me my tire was okay. It just needed a few more pounds of air.
