Crystal Auto Mall was the 7th car dealership I went to as part of my search of a new car to replace a Toyota from another dealership I will never deal with again. I had sort of decided on a different manufacturer's crossover SUV and stopped at Crystal to look at a basic model RAV4 about 45 minutes before closing. The first person I saw (and this happened every time I've been back) greeted me with a smile and opened the front door for me. Witin thirty seconds I was meeting with Amr El Sayed and getting pertinent information about their inventory and how they could meet my car needs. (This was a nice suprised after being totally ignored by about 10 salesmen in the Honda dealership up the road and after walking out because of the rude treatment in another Honda deealership.) Amr was very helpful, showed me a RAV4 that had more upgrades than I originally had in mind, but let me take the time to ask a million questions, sit in the car, and fall in love with it. I had looked at Hondas, Nissans, Scions, Subarus, and Toyotas and had alot done alot of research. Amr answered every question with professional knowledge of Toyota's advantages over the other crossover SUVs I was looking at. He knew the car inside and out and really helped me come to a decision to get the upgraded model I really wanted. At no time did I experience pressure or the kind of "wheeler-dealer" tactics I had previously experienced with my last car. Mark Tomlomeo, who evaluated my trade in, was fair and very professional. I had done alot of research and had a good idea of what my trade in was worth and how much I wanted to spend. Every interaction I've had with everyone in the dealership so far has been positive, professional, and pleasant. My meeting with the finance department was a pleasant suprise compared to my previous experience with another dealer down the road. No last minute suprises (so far), no high-pressure tactics. John was professional, informative, thorough, and pleasant to deal with. At the end of the transaction, Amr walked me through all the features of my beautiful new RAV4, answered alot of questions, and walked me over to the Service Department to see what it was like. This is very helpful and helped dispel any hesitation I have had with the serice departments of other dealerships where I've felt a bit intimidated as a woman dealing with male service people. Amr explained every detail (valet service to take your car if there is no parking, loaners when you have to leave your car for a while, pre-scheduling so you don't have to remember to schedule it). He was terrific. In all aspects, my experience so far has been so superior to any other dealer I have dealt with in NJ/NY/PA. Amr knows his car models and other brands too and could speak knowledgably about the competition's model I had been considering. His comments were never negative about other cars, but just emphasized how much better the Toyota RAV4 was than its competition in the class. He personally put my plates on and handed me the keys to my new car and I really felt like he had seen my purchase through from start to finish. I've already gotten an email thank you from the dealership and a call from Amr to thank me and wish me well. I am very impressed by this dealership and with Amr and hope my experience with service will be the same. I will bring my car in for service and look forward to many happy miles driving the car I not only needed, but the model I fell in love with and really wanted, and got at a fair price. More

We visited Crystal after a hideous experience with another local Toyota dealership. I frankly had little interest in purchasing a new car at that point or dealing with another dealership experience. another local Toyota dealership. My husband met earlier in the day with Amr and discussed what type of car he was looking for and what type of vehicle we had to trade in. When he told me about the car that he had found, I truthfully had little interest in looking; however, we returned that evening to see the car and to meet with Amr. Amr was extraordinarily kind while he was also courteous, professional, and businesslike. We were given a fair trade-in value for our current car and an excellent price for the vehicle that we purchased. We also dealt with Barre in finance who was equally professional, courteous and helpful. This was by far the best place that I have ever purchased a car. I hope that the service department meets these same high standards - though I got the feeling that evening that this type of courteous, professional attitude is expected of employees. If you enjoy "let's make a deal" banter and the tag-team approach used by some dealerships, you may find Crystal to be too professional. If, however, you are looking for a fair deal and the opportunity to deal with courteous and professional individuals who care a great deal about what they are doing, by all means, visit Crystal.
