I say to them first is the service I get from the moment I walk into the door, I am greeted at the front desk with a smile and treated so promptly and professionally. From there Victor comes into the picture, Victor has been my go to man now for quite awhile now. Last year I wrote a letter on the outstanding service that I receive from Victor, it does not get any better than Victor Rodriguez, and I will continue to send letters on Victor and the other team members at Crystal Auto Mall every time I come in. Thank you Victor. Now, Lou Forsthoffer was in parts and it was not until yesterday I found out he had moved into another position...I have just always asked for Lou and he has taken care of getting me parts for my cars...from car covers, mats, touch up paint and other miscellaneous things. I contacted Lou for a new key for my car and mats...he took care of this for me and he is not even doing that function anymore...he went the extra mile and did not even refer me to another person, he just handled it. Thank you Lou. Now comes Chris, he was the service technician that worked on my car. I am very particular about my cars, I don't like when I get it back and things don't work right the first time or it is a bit messy...well Chris took such good care of my car, done right the first time and I think it was cleaner when I got it back. I will continue to write these letters every time I am in and give the highest rating on survery's because I know that with outstanding service and employee's like Victor, Lou and Chris they deserve nothing but the best and I want my voice to be heard on behalf of them all.
