Road Trip Service check up I called Crystal Mazda Service for a last minute appointment before a family road trip due to a sudden issue with my car. I explained I wasn't comfort I called Crystal Mazda Service for a last minute appointment before a family road trip due to a sudden issue with my car. I explained I wasn't comfortable traveling unless they took a look at the issue. I was given an immediate appointment, taken on time and there was an issue with the brakes that was diagnosed and repaired. Because they always service my car, I trust them and they continue to exceed expectations. I can't imagine going anywhere else for service. They knew I was concerned and managed to squeeze me in even on what appeared to be an exceptionally busy day at the service department! I now know the car is ready to take the trip and appreciate Crystal's service department and especially Chris! More
Vinny's Poor Customer Service I was told to speak with an advisor about my concerns. The receptionist transferred me to Vinny. He was rude on the phone didn't sound like he was in the least bit interested in why I needed to bring my car in for a second opinion. He kept talking over me and didn't understand why I was transferred to him for further assistance. I did not appreciate the way he conducted business. I requested to speak to his boss at that point Vinny hung up the phone. Crystal Toyota just lost a customer! More

They had one, and I exchanged a few email - these people are dishonest, and don't care to waste your time. I was looking for a new Highlander XLE. They had one, and I exchanged a few emails with their internet support person, who gave me their internet price for the. While I was interested in. I called her, and said that I was willing to pay a certain price for it. Her response was that she spoke to her manager - David), and she said that "David it's a quiet day so he will make it happen. Just come by - when will you be there." I responded that I want to make sure that this was a done deal, as I live 30 miles away, and the entire trip would be about an hour and a half, and I did not want to loose time and has. She said that it was. Clearly - and offer and acceptance, right? I showed up about 2 hours later. Was introduced to Amanda (Internet sales person) and manager David. Then I was told that he had the paperwork and the price we agreed to. So far, so good, right? Test drove the vehicle, and said that I may consider providing by truck as a trade-in. While they were checking the truck a sales person said that he was told that the price was aged to, but it was NOT the price David agreed to, and instead the original internet price. I politely told him (Nader) that this was not the agreed to price, provided that actual price, and asked home to confirm with David ( difference of over $1,200). Then, Mark Tolomeo showed up (apparently another manager) - did not give his name -who lowered the price by $200 or so from the internet price. I responded that this was not the deal David and I agreed to, and asked to see David. He refused to have David come out, and alleged that David never agreed to anything, but to "listen to my offer." What a complete lie! He could not listen to my offer on the phone. I complained that they lied to me, and wasted my time and money. He did not care at all. What a horrible place, and a waste of my time and money. This looks like a sales tactic - bait and switch. Go elsewhere. More

Crystal Auto Mall Service Department completely sucks! I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma truck from Crystal auto mall. Purchasing my new vehicle at this dealership turned out to be a great big mistake. I ha I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma truck from Crystal auto mall. Purchasing my new vehicle at this dealership turned out to be a great big mistake. I have had numerous problems with the Service Department, service related issues had come-up and had to return the vehicle for service. Whenever I brought an issue or problem to the Service Departments attention their response was very vague and I got a lot or we didn’t find anything wrong or everything was okay or the issue wasn’t really a problem. My vehicles front left headlamp had visibly fogged over as if it had some type of substance that has accumulated inside the assembly. I could see that the headlight was bad or defective something happened to cause this condition. This vehicle had been washed several times the fog didn’t come off so I know for a fact this just wasn’t dirt on the lamp. When I received the vehicle back from service, I was told the headlight was just dirty and all that was required was cleaning the explained resolution just didn’t make sense. As time went by the headlight fogged over once again, at times I smelled something burning after the vehicle was used. I wasn’t sure what this burning smell was or where it was coming from. Recently the service engine light came on the dashboard along with other warning lights. So I called service and made an appointment to return it for repair. I returned the vehicle to Crystal Toyota Service for the dashboard warning lights and I reported that the headlight had fogged over again. That day I received a call form the Service Department the person said his name was “Mike” and called him self my “Service Advisor” he seemed very confused, the conversation with him was downright inept. At one point I had the opportunity to speak with the “Service Manager” he was clueless as well. This whole incident with the “Service Advisors and Manager” seems more like I was in combat I could tell right away I was being given the runaround once again and wasn’t being helped. What it boiled down to was the Service Department finally had to do some work on my vehicle and all they wanted was money. My satisfaction meant nothing the fact that I bought a car from that dealership that was still under manufacture warranty meant nothing all they cared about was getting money from me. At some point I was told the headlight was burning-up and that the light was finally fixed or replaced. I received my vehicle back from service with scratches in the paint around the headlamp and grease on the body of the vehicle and all over my steering wheel and also found a pair of greasy rubber gloves left on my car seat. I’m very upset to say the least knowing now that my car was a fire hazard and potentially could have caught fire. My overall experience with this dealership was bad, very bad. If this is how Crystal Toyota treats its customers and customer property, I will certainly avoid doing further business at Crystal Toyota and have my car serviced elsewhere and I certainly will not be buying any more cars from Crystal auto mall. Our overall experience was warm, friendly. We felt no pressure to make a purchase and found our salesperson Mr.Amr Elsayed to be very knowledgeable about the 2014 Rav4 that we finally did purchase. The price we were quoted was the same as we found on AAA and NRA car dealer website. We received our car registration and plates within 5 days which really surprised me. All my questions were answered about the new electronics that the Rav4 had by Mr. Elsayed. We are going to purchase another car by year's end and will be using Crystal Auto Mall for this purchased since there was no pressure with the last car purchase.We would again ask for Mr. Elsayed because of his easy going salesmanship. First off I need to say I really hate car shopping. I have never had a good experience with it in over 30 years. When I went to Crystal last night i was prepared to go home unhappy and to start a long pr have never had a good experience with it in over 30 years. When I went to Crystal last night i was prepared to go home unhappy and to start a long process in getting my new car. Wow was I surprised. My wife and i walked around for 10 -15 min and found a car we both liked and could agree on. Upon walking into the show room we met Amr within seconds. Amr was extremely friendly and eager to help. After chatting for a few minutes he understood all of our needs agreed on the car we had picked and made it happen. The dreaded paperwork was fast and explained well. All in all it took 2.5 hrs from leaving my house to getting back to hose with the car. I was blown away by how smooth and efficient everything was. I cannot recommend Amr highly enough. He was fantastic and we will be seeking him out when it's time for my wife's new car. Thank you Amr and all of Crystal for the wonderful service! Mark J More
