Let me tell you...Dave you the man!!! And Steve....you too!!!! The men here are incredible. Buying my first car, I did my numbers and planning ahead. I went in, asked for what I wanted and they delivered. Was shown the Rav4 and a used certified Highlander. Got a Rav4 XLE....Best buying experience ever....thanks to these two guys I mentioned!! Dont hesitate to hit up this dealership for your next Toyota or Mazda. They understand you and go out of their way to help!!! Can't thank you guys enough!!!!! More
Needed a car! My husband and I decided that we needed to get another car (we already have a Highlander that we purchased from Crystal in 2011 from Amr El-Sayed). I My husband and I decided that we needed to get another car (we already have a Highlander that we purchased from Crystal in 2011 from Amr El-Sayed). I wanted to stop taking the train and utilizing cabs. So we calculated how much we spend per month on both and factored in the additional cost for insurance. We had our number and made an appointment to see Amr again, intending to purchase a used Avalon. He greeted us with a smile, hugs and a handshake (for my husband, lol) and after listening to what we needed, worked with us to not only make sure that we didn't exceed the pre-determined amount, but came in a little lower! We ended up not driving away in the used car we had come to see, but a brand new 2015 Toyota Camry. I couldn't be happier! Amr was understanding and patient and did his best to get us a great deal. Again, this was one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've ever had (the other was when he sold us the Highlander). Every time we think about getting a new car, Amr is the only person we know to see. He is the BEST!!!!! More
Total Bait And Switch I experienced the typical Bait-and-Switch that gives car salesman a bad reputation. I was very clear on the phone with the pricing I was offered by other dealers for a new 2015 Camry XLE lease. I was turning in a 2011 XLE, had an insurance claim for damage in which 100% was paid for all repairs, and had extra miles on my lease that needed to be addressed. I explained all of this to Jeff Bradley. at Crystal Auto Mall over the phone, and he gave me a lease price that was better than what the other three dealers provided. I made sure he understood my issues (lease price, repair, and mileage overage), and he confirmed that it would not be a problem and that I should come in to sign the papers. I drove over 45 minutes to Crystal - was passed by the salesman to a "customer service advisor" - and then waited almost an hour until the "manager" (Ezzat Megaly (manager?) came out to say he wouldn't be able to do the deal that was offered to me over the phone. The repair he said was causing the problem - which wasn't a problem for the other 3 dealers (the others couldn't handle the mileage overage). However, Ezzat Megaly then said...if I would just leave $2,500 towards the repair, I could then work it out with my insurance carrier. Bait-and-switch. I walked out and leased my car that same afternoon from another dealership. Normally, I would just say lesson learned -- but these guys at Crystal were deceptive, deceitful and just liars. Stay...away!! More

The staff went out of their way to stay late to accommodate my request for a walk-in oil change, despite being late in the afternoon on Saturday when people would want to leave to go home. No bogus attempts to "find" something wrong with my Toyota that has over 200K miles on it. Had the feeling I was being treated like a customer whose business they strive to earn. The service was done without making me wait long. Overall, a nice feeling to the dealership's Service Department and to my experience in bringing my car there for the first time. I'll be back. More

An Excellent Toyota Dealer You Should Not Miss We did our homework(model, pricing,..,) beforehand and knew exactly what we were looking for (2015 Toyota Venza). The Sales, Jonathan DelFranco, Amr We did our homework(model, pricing,..,) beforehand and knew exactly what we were looking for (2015 Toyota Venza). The Sales, Jonathan DelFranco, Amr Elsayed and Alan Mine, provided us detailed information of the vehicle. The Sales Manager, Ezzat Megaly, honored our offer and treated us in a polite and professional way. They are very efficient. We walked in and drove the vehicle home in the same afternoon. Special thanks to Amr Elsayed, he even set up the phone system for us. I would buy again from them and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new/old Toyota. Carey Chang More
A Mazda Car Dealership That Exceeds Industry Standards I had been shopping around for a new Mazda6 Sport and started with the Consumer Report car report and then TrueCar. TC provided quotes from 3 Mazda d I had been shopping around for a new Mazda6 Sport and started with the Consumer Report car report and then TrueCar. TC provided quotes from 3 Mazda dealerships (Maxon, Flemington, and Samson). I then had a lot of calls/emails with the Internet/phone people at the 3 dealers. When I got down to what I thought were the final numbers, each one stopped communicating with me when I asked for written confirmation of what was discussed. They said I'd have to come in and sit with the salesman to discuss "details". Given that I never negotiate terms in a showroom (I prefer the comfort of my house), I realized that these TC quotes were simply a lead-generation tool for dealers. Shame on Consumer Reports for recommending TrueCar. I then cold-called Crystal Auto. I had purchased a Mazda from them about 4 years ago and I recall the experience was fine. Matt Rafla answered the phone and I explained what I was looking for and that I was ready to buy that day. After a few emails and text messages we reached agreement on financial terms. (There was no trade-in and no leasing, so deal was pretty simple.) I got a bank check for the exact amount we discussed and drove to the dealer. At the dealership, after I test drove the car, Matt said I'd work with salesman Kwesi Appiagyei. Apparently Matt had explained to Kwesi that all the terms were worked out. I also had a brief visit from Matt's manager David Zuniga and that was mostly light "getting to know you" chit chat. David acknowledged deal was negotiated. I then finalized everything with their finance person. I was pleasantly surprised no one attempted to change the deal terms. These guys were all very personable. My only criticism is that I was at the dealership for 3 hours. In their defense it was very busy (last Saturday in December). Next time I get a car, I'll go on a weekday morning. Experience was very positive with the dealership. I feel great about the car and the price I paid. More

Then the Sales Manager lied about leaving a deposit and told me it was non-refundable. Which to my knowledge is illegal in NJ. The best part of it was that I ended up buying a car they had in stock from another dealership so they didn't even get the credit for the sale. More

One can imagine what might have happened if the bottle got tangled with the running belt and spilled oil onto the hot engine. update on 8/16 Notified Crystal that a second customer had the same issue. The service manager responded quickly that they had taken prompt remedial measures. More
