I've had good experiences with Crystal Toyota. I just purchased my second Toyota from Crystal this past week. I had purchased a 2004 Corolla in 2003. It had nearly 133,000 miles on it and was still I just purchased my second Toyota from Crystal this past week. I had purchased a 2004 Corolla in 2003. It had nearly 133,000 miles on it and was still going great. The service department was always very professional and efficient. The car required very little beyond normal maintenance. So, I decided to purchase a 2015 Prius. My sales representative, Sam, Shehata, was wonderful! He was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to demonstrate the hybrid technology and familiarize me with all the operations of the car; this was important since the hybrid works so differently than the Corolla and other wholly gas-fueled cars. He took us through every step of the purchasing process and then devoted quite a bit of time to helping me set up connections to the online dashboard. I would be happy to recommend Sam to other buyers. More

Informative, low pressure, courteous, sales/service Went into buy a Toyota Highlander. Knew what I wanted, just needed a good deal. In all my 35 years of buying cars I have never met a car salesman that was anything but a car salesman. He was low pressure, informative, social and like a friend. Rather then someone that was trying to sell me a car. I was able to make my own decisions, and he supported them rather then trying to sell me something I didn't want. If every car salesman was like Sam, shopping for a car would be like going to the movies, instead of going to the dreaded dentist. It was a very enjoyable experience. I still got the warrantee "pressure" from the finance guy...but that's expected. Just ask for Sam. You won't be disappointed. More

Sam Shehatta helped us look at the Toyota Sienna and then a RAV4. He listened to what we both wanted in a car. He also helped us with a fair trade in for my husband's beloved Toyota Corolla. Although it was way past Sam's time to go home, he treated us with utmost patience and courtesy. We made arrangements to purchase the RAV4 that evening and went back the next morning to finalize the purchase and then listen to Sam 's patient tutorial on how to work the car. What a wonderful comfortable experience. PS- The finance manager was also fair! More

I work in Corporate Finance and could run circles around anyone negotiating a lease. After agreeing on the sale price of a car, the finance team used every dealer trick in the book to make the payment higher than it should be. Adjusting lease money factors (lease apr), moving fees out of the agreed upon payment and into the down payment, lying about what Toyota credits were being offered, and adding random fees all in an effort to LIE about the original sale price of the car. In addition, the "Sales Manager" stormed off within the first 20 minutes of negotiations, yelling to me that I was wasting his time by inferring that his invoice price was fake. I'm aware that invoice prices are not "fake" but everyone also knows that cars are sold well below invoice every day. We decided to stay and work out a deal because of our Sales person Fady Bshara was very helpful and clearly trying to earn our business. I assure you, that by going to this dealership you will NOT get a good deal. Take a trip to a more professional dealership. More

Anyone that can look you dead in the eye and tell you that a sticker priced 28, 100 car is dealer cost 27,900 is a pathological liar- I test drove 2 cars—28,100 and 30, 200- Megally tells me the dealer cost is the same—27,900 despite one of the vehicles having a Costco deal price of 25,400 on the opposing window-caught in their own lies!! With his disingenuous smile this guy literally attempted to rip me off. Buyers beware: This dealership is predatory-preying on the ignorant –I work for a major corporation and have a large family and circle of friends –I will forward this review to everyone I know and do business -I will also warn anyone with two ears to avoid this dealership of thieves at all cost.
