Missing parts, nothing done Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. The Jeep had a hard top on it with a soft top rolled up inside. When the weather became warm I at Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. The Jeep had a hard top on it with a soft top rolled up inside. When the weather became warm I attempted to install the soft top but many parts were missing. I contacted the dealer and they said they would check into it. They contacted me back and told me it would cost $663.00 to supply the missing parts. I said that it was represented that a fully functioning soft top was included with the Jeep. They said there was nothing they could do other than order the parts for $663.00. This Jeep was for my daughter. Needless to say she was extremely disappointed, as was I. I have since purchased vehicles for my two other daughters, NOT FROM CRYSTAL AUTO MALL. So many people ask her about the Jeep because of its popularity. She always makes sure to tell them how Crystal FAILED miserably when it came time to step up to the plate. More

Repeated "Do Overs" The fourth AC compressor installed by this dealer just failed. Each time there's another repair cost involved. After the third one was installed I was The fourth AC compressor installed by this dealer just failed. Each time there's another repair cost involved. After the third one was installed I was informed that without paying for another part (which should have been replaced first) they would not warranty the new compressor. This part still had 5 months left on its warranty. Service tech was very curt about it and gave me no choice, explaining how he gave me a break on this last repair. Keeping my fingers crossed they get it right finally (but I have doubts) More
