When I met him, I knew he would find what I was look The sales representative Amr Elsayed assisted me in choosing the vehicle that I was looking for. When I met him, I knew he would find what I was looking for. He walked with a purpose, determined to help me find what I want. I know I am not an easy customer but he was always smiling and courteous. He found exactly what I wanted, and I purchased my first Highlander. Mr. Elsayed explained everything about the vehicle including the warranty. He took his time and asked if I had any questions. He was very attentive I then proceeded with financing and that was a breeze. The day I came back for my plates, the staff was pleasant and I was there no more than 10 minutes. If you are looking for a dealership I would refer Crystal and their exceptional sales representative Mr. Elsayed. More

It's the fast talker manager Andres Jimenez, who gave us an overpriced running board which my wife needs due to an injury. He said it will installed when we pick up our Highlander a few days later since they don't have the specific vehicle. I came to pick up & no running board. So I have to come back again applied for a loaner car since it may take 3+ hours to install. My appointment was at 10 am. I called at 1pm was told it's not done & I called several times after & the last call I spoke to Chris, if I'm not mistaken, he was apologetic & assured me that it'll be done the next day. The point I'm making is efficiency with time of customers & their service & good communication between departments. My mistake was not read the reviews online about the horrible service when you bring in your vehicle. We also bought an extended warranty for $$$$ & we just hope we don't become one of those bad reviews . Going back to Mr Jimenez, who gave us a pre-tax $899 for the running board & when it was installed the receipt came to $700+ inclusive of taxes & other charges. I'm sure some excuse or reason will be given but the lesson are, be wary of fast talking people & do more research. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS A RIPOFF Yesterday I booked an appointment with crystal auto mall online, my appointment was at 11am, I needed oil change and tire rotation, Also I needed them Yesterday I booked an appointment with crystal auto mall online, my appointment was at 11am, I needed oil change and tire rotation, Also I needed them to check if I could use my extended warranty to fix the locks of the two back doors as they stopped working recently and I know they cost a lot to fix but thank god I have warrantyI came in around 9:30am today 03/042017, So you wait until one of their customer service representatives calls you when they are free, So Normia Medina called me to her desk and I told her that I need oil change and tire rotation, And I also asked her to look if I can use my extended warranty that I've bought with the purchase of my car, My extended warranty is PREMIER ESSENTIAL, To fix the locks on the two back doors, So she said she's going to call them and then give me a call with the outcome, So she called me and said that PREMIER ESSENTIAL approved the repair and that they are going to call me when the car is done, And that all I have to pay is $100 premier essential deductible, and $80 for the oil change and tire rotation, And I said ok go ahead, And she said she will give me a call when the repair is done so I can go and pick up my car, then at 2:42PM Normia Medina called me again and I was busy so I couldn't pick up the phone so she left a voicemail saying, the car is done but for the warranty company the payment department is closed, So you have two options either you leave the car here until Monday or you pay the whole amount which is more than $1000, And then get reimbursed from the warranty company, I went there and spoke to all managers and nobody did anything, They even refused to give a loaner car until Monday, The manager said who's gonna pay for it, They made me wait one hour in the store and then they said sorry we can't release the car without payment, I went in the morning with my beautiful 2013 Gray Camry and now I don't have a car until Monday without me doing anything wrong, I don't know how I'm going to work tomorrow More
