I experienced him when I leased my two 2015 Camry LE and this made me I have great respect for Mr. Amr Elsayed who devotes his time to his customers. I experienced him when I leased my two 2015 Camry LE and this made me come back to Mr. Elsayed for leasing two 2018 Camry LE. He has helped my son Ali-Zain Rahim in leasing Mazda SUV in the past and because Mr. Elsayed gives total attention and a fast job at his sales. I have enjoyed my 2015 Camrys and looking forward to enjoying the two 2018 Camrys. I trustfully recommend him for his excellent attention to his customers within the rules & regulations laid down by the dealership. Hidden charge When I purchased my 2013 Toyota Prius V from Crystal Auto Mall, I paid for a Toyota Care Plus Prepaid Maintenance Premium Plan. The plan included “pr When I purchased my 2013 Toyota Prius V from Crystal Auto Mall, I paid for a Toyota Care Plus Prepaid Maintenance Premium Plan. The plan included “preventative maintenance every 5,000 miles.” The plan was good for 5 years and expires in March, 2018. I had my 40,000 mile service performed along with other services that required payment. I later discovered that buried in the bill was a charge for the 40,000 scheduled maintenance service that should have been free with my maintenance plan. I contacted Crystal’s service department and provide proof of the billing error and requested a refund. I was told they would not provide a refund and gave the follow explanation: “After further review, the services were completed on your vehicle. It was a clerical error and we are not going to compound on that error. Your ToyotaCare Plus services were completed at different times, so you were still able to take advantage of them.” What? I found another Toyota dealer to service my Prius and recently purchased a new Subaru Forester. Go to Crystal Auto Mall at your own risk. More
