2014 Altima Airconditioner noise and strut replacement I am leasing a 2014 Nissan Altima and I started to hear a noise in the air conditioner and the right rear tire area. It turned out that there were lea I am leasing a 2014 Nissan Altima and I started to hear a noise in the air conditioner and the right rear tire area. It turned out that there were leaves in the blower fan but that lead to another noise that I didn't notice but the service advisor, Christine Smith, did notice. That was fixed along with the strut. I just need to make sure to keep the leaves out of the windshield area. I just picked it up today in the monsoon that we were having but I'm sure there will be no issues. It was done in a timely manner and Christine set me up with a rental car during the time I needed to keep my car at the dealership. I really enjoyed working with Christine, she made me feel very comfortable leaving my car there. Thank you Christine! More

Awesome Service Experience I brought my Nissan Altima into Crown Nissan after work around 4p,m. as a new customer. People warmed me that dealerships could be more expensive and I brought my Nissan Altima into Crown Nissan after work around 4p,m. as a new customer. People warmed me that dealerships could be more expensive and pushy than my usual garage. They were quickly proven wrong when I was greeted by Justin Laurence! He listened to all of the issues I was having with my Altima Made a list of all my requests in his computer, He gave me a rental car! Even though my Nissan is not a new model. (something my garage would never do) The next day I received a call from Justin with the explaining to me the work my vehicle needed and it was a fraction of the cost of what I was expecting!!! I was so excited because money is tight right now. The next day Justin called me and said the work is all set and I can come in to return my loaner and pick up my car. I will be a customer of Crown Nissan for life now, I would Highly recommend Justin Laurence he explained everything to me so I could understand because I m not too mechanically inclined and was very polite and accurate.
