She also called earlier than the time originally promised to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Ms. Lynn Crockenberg (service advisor) took my car in at my convenient time and she was very friendly. Philip (technician) went out of his way to research the problem and to explain the symptom for each problem on my list. He is very knowledgeable and good communicator. Both Lynn and Philip were extremely helpful to provide service recommendations for what was needed, and the service priorities as a whole system. I highly recommended both of them in this dealer. In a Bind I was leasing a Nissan Altima Coupe and it had started to run roughly because of shotty oil changes around town that effected the engine. It was left I was leasing a Nissan Altima Coupe and it had started to run roughly because of shotty oil changes around town that effected the engine. It was left with the choice of replacing the engine and anything else that the bad oil ruined or getting another car. I worked with Kyle Lamont and he worked diligently throughout the day to find something I could afford and get rid of this other lease. At the end of the day I ended up with an amazing Nissan Juke that was affordable that gets me safely to and from work or wherever I need to go. No longer will I be using random places to get my oil changes. I signed up to pay an extra $3 a month to get oil changes and tire rotations throughout the period of my lease at Crown Nissan. I can't thank them enough and especially Kyle Lamont for finding a solution to this incredibly difficult predicament. Kyle and the entire staff were friendly and had incredibly customer service. I would recommend Kyle and Crown Nissan. I would also recommend their maintenance/service center. Thank you for helping me! More
