He has been my Service Adviser since I moved to St Pete and I pray he stays with Crown Nissan for as long as I have my Nissan :) Dan removes the stigma of negativity that can come with a dealership service center. Overall Good I went in for coolant fan replacement and I was taken care of by Lymari M-Acevedo. We had a few obstacles during the process, but she extended hersel I went in for coolant fan replacement and I was taken care of by Lymari M-Acevedo. We had a few obstacles during the process, but she extended herself to assist in relieving some of my stress example having transportation during the time my car was in the shop and some of the other things that minimize my stress was she assertive authority in resolving some service issue that I occurred. I would recommend her as having Superb Customer Service Skill along with companion for her customers! More
