Christine Smith was courteous and efficient in taking care of signing in my Nissan for the service that was needed, kept me up to date with where my car was in the service process as well as offering a car wash and vacuum. She also reassured me that my tires were thoroughly checked and appear to be in good condition. My concern was that I have had to add air to my tires every couple of months lately. She let me know that next time my low pressure light comes on that I need to stop by to have them checked by the service people. Kathy, the lady who took my payment is also very good and courteous. On June 1 my wife and I returned to Crown Nissan and met again with Mr. Quillin and Mr. Hawkins to discuss the purchase a 2017 Nissan Altima SV.
