EXCELLENT Customer Service I had to bring my car in for a very past due oil change and turned out that my car also needed some kind of update. I told my service advisor, Chris I had to bring my car in for a very past due oil change and turned out that my car also needed some kind of update. I told my service advisor, Chris Derby, that I need to be at work by 9. He said that shouldn't be an issue and that everything should be done in time for me to get to work. About 20 minutes into me waiting, Chris came over and asked if he could give me a car for the day so I wouldn't be late for work, just in case the work wasn't done. I've had a number of cars from multiple dealerships, even higher end, and have never had better customer service. I also needed a new part for my car. Chris called within two days of receiving the part and scheduled my appointment for the following week. Couldn't have been a better experience! More

Just the Usual I came in for an oil change and a complaint about a noise coming from the front end and a CD player that skips playing my CD's. Kyle Lamont-A Consummate Professional Before my 2014 Juke lease was up, I was having it serviced and went to the sales floor. Kyle was free and I asked him to price the 2017 Juke lease. Kyle stayed in touch when he thought I would like to test drive the Rogue, which I did. I decided against the Rogue and reached out to Kyle when I learned that the Rogue Sport had been released. I set up a time with him to test drive one. Two days later I signed the lease for the perfect color combination, which rolled off the truck the day I went for the test drive. Throughout our interaction, Kyle was a consummate professional. He presents very well. His communication skills and style are excellent. He is friendly and warm without breaching professional boundaries. He exhibited sincere interest in my car needs and preferences and never wavered. He didn't make any suggestions that didn't line up with my needs. He was strong but not pushy. He knows the models inside and out and went over the operation and features encyclopedically. He was patient and answered every single question I had. He returned my calls immediately and was always on time for appointments. I cannot imagine having a better experience than I did with Kyle Lamont. More
