Dan Jacobs excels at his job! My service advisor, Dan Jacobs, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a truly positive one. I had previously been in for this issue I My service advisor, Dan Jacobs, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a truly positive one. I had previously been in for this issue I had with my tire, and it was supposedly fixed [it was not]. I knew something was wrong, and Dan made it his mission to locate the issue, pinpoint the problem, and repair it. For that, I am truly thankful. There have been times when I've gone to a dealer, and been placated, as a female, but at Crown I've been treated respectfully and honestly. Thank you Dan & Steve! More

Exceptionally Outstanding Service. On May 25, 2017 Lymari Martinez was my Service Advisor. See took the time to explain what needed to be done to properly service my car and the importance of making s Lymari Martinez was my Service Advisor. See took the time to explain what needed to be done to properly service my car and the importance of making sure the service were done on time using the Lifetime BG Protection Plan. After her outstanding explanations I will certainly be sure to follow her recommendations. The service and paper work was done in a very timely manner and Lymari explained clearly everything done to the car and reasons for the work.
