We had a mishap exiting a shopping mall that resulted in the destruction of a rear tire on our 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. We have owned Nissans since 2010 and used Crown for oil changes. At 7 AM, I called Greg, described our dilemma and he checked to see the right tire size was in stock. We were at the dealership by 8 AM and in Greg’s capable hands right away. By 10:45, our car had a new tire, an alignment, an oil change and a wash. My wife and I are very thankful for the efficient handling of a situation that could have been highly stressful and time-consuming. As Kyle Lamont has been my salesperson for years but is now the Used Car Manager, I asked his advice on who to pick for my next salesperson. Ricky Spottke couldn't have been more patient with me as I made my choice of color, many SVs to choose from with the sunroof/Bose speakers I wanted (white, silver, black, red, orange). I went back and forth between the red and orange and Ricky never complained. Just said he wanted me to be happy with my choice. I chose the orange and couldn't be happier.
