Service department Rommel Lujan was amazing. It took some work to cut through the red tape but thanks to Kyle I made it to Rommel. Thank goodness for that. They were bot Rommel Lujan was amazing. Traded up to new vehicle I actually came in for an oil change on my 2014 Sentra, and ended up trading it in for a 2018 Rogue. (That was not my plan for that day at all!). Pa I actually came in for an oil change on my 2014 Sentra, and ended up trading it in for a 2018 Rogue. (That was not my plan for that day at all!). Patrick Farrow was very patient and helpful. He made me feel like I was important, and not just a "sale". He was thorough and detailed, which I appreciate. He was laid back and easy to talk to. Also, Rommel Lujan and Shannon Emery in the service dept. played a pivotal role, they helped me process some different ideas and options, which convinced me to go back and talk to Patrick again, which then led to the purchase.
