It's like leasing from your favorite family member! This dealerships has never let me down in neither service nor sales! I used to be a very loyal Ford driver, but just this past weekend I was yet again This dealerships has never let me down in neither service nor sales! I used to be a very loyal Ford driver, but just this past weekend I was yet again reminded of why I am now a happy Crown Nissan customer! (I had traded in my Mustang 3 years prior for a Nissan Juke here. Even after moving to Tampa I have been coming back to Crown Nissan to get my Nissan serviced, because they are truly exceptional!) After a very disappointing visit to Veterans Ford just 3 weeks prior, due to the lease expiring on my Nissan Juke, I found myself at the desk of Bridger Hammond at Crown Nissan. I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time with Elizabeth and she was not only there to greet me upon my arrival, but spent the first 15 minutes explaining to Bridger exactly what model and make I was looking for as well as the budget I had provided to her. I immediately felt that my time was valued and my opinions mattered. Since I was itching to get back into a sports car, I had researched the Nissan Altima Midnight Edition online and they had two on their lot. No gimmicks, no hassle, Elizabeth let Bridger and I go on our test drive. Bridger was extremely professional, friendly, and put me at ease since I was a little nervous/excited about a new car. He knew all of the car's features and told me to "just pretend you own it already". Back at the dealership, Bridger met with his manager to review pricing and without giving away the details, they honored the price quote I had found online and I was extremely happy and relieved that I was treated as a person and not a sales deal. Bridger and his manager made it extremely easy to drive off the lot with my new Altima. They grounded my Juke lease two months early and transferred everything to the new car for me, except my insurance, but I called Statefarm and it took me maximum 10 minutes to switch that over. I had so much anxiety about what to do with my old lease and I am beyond giddy and thankful that I had Brighton to help me through it. I'll be back in 3 years for another lease for sure! More

Excellent I was driving a Maxima which was 16 years old. I have had all of my services at Crown Nissan and the car has held up well but during the last service I was driving a Maxima which was 16 years old. I have had all of my services at Crown Nissan and the car has held up well but during the last service oil leaks were discovered and I decided it was time to buy a new car. I wasnt looking forward to it as my husband had bought the Maxima for me a month before he died and I always loved the car. But buying the Sentra turned out to be a much more pleasant experience than I had anticipated. There was no pressure and Rick Spottke the salesman who assisted me could not have been more helpful. and understanding. He was very patient in explaining the details of how the car works which I really appreciated. He gave me his card so that I could contact him if I had any questions So my first buying experience went very well.. More
