I usually have a coupon for service so am usually satisfied with the prices. Greg had my service quickly completed. My only disappointment was that they usually wash my car when servicing but because of a plumbing problem, they couldn’t wash my car. Greg told me that up front and apologized for it. I will request Greg when I need my car serviced next time. More

It suits me perfectly and I feel safe everytime I'm driving. I travel a lot so this is an important feeling for me. Today, I took the car to the dealership for my first service. I met up with Matt Bartolo. Matt was really cordial and easy to work with. He explained the services I would need; pricing; and even researched any potential recalls on my vehicle. Once the service was initiated, he made sure to check in with me in the waiting area to let me know where the team was with the service items and how much longer I could expect to wait! The wait time was less than an hour in a very pleasant waiting area. The check-in by Matt was greatly appreciated! I couldn't be happier with my Nissan Sentra and the absolutely fantastic service I received with Matt at the helm today! Thank you so much. More

I really think that Rob is the face of your dealership. Usually a customer only works with the sales person when they buy the vehicle. We never interact with the mechanics and tech people out in the service area so for the time we spend either leasing or making payments to own, the person we deal with is your service advisor. I trust Rob to handle any service concerns in an honest and professional manner. I drove my previous Nissan truck for almost 19 years. When it came time to get another truck I only looked at Nissan and I only went to Crown. Down the road if I decide to get another truck it will be a Nissan and it will be at Crown.
