Excellence as usual I showed up unannounced with a tire deflating. Rob took me in fixed my tire and then asked if I would like to have the oil changed because it was du I showed up unannounced with a tire deflating. Rob took me in fixed my tire and then asked if I would like to have the oil changed because it was due. While they change the oil they also rotated my tires and during the break at inspection they found a problem with the right front brakes. I will return very soon to have the brakes replaced. Service/Parts Department Crown Nissan and everyone that I have dealt with in sales, service, finance and management have been great! Everyone went out of their way to make su Crown Nissan and everyone that I have dealt with in sales, service, finance and management have been great! Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with the services provided. My most recent visit was getting accessories installed and, while there were some technical issues with one of the parts, which required more time than expected to be completed; I was still impressed with the quality of the service and the special care that was taken to get my car back to me as soon as possible. Christine Smith did a great job in taking the time and keeping me up to date and answering all my questions, even while having to deal with many other things as well...I will be requesting her each time I need services for my car and I recommend her to everyone!!! I also want to mention the service technician who worked on my car...Chad, going out of his way on a day off to complete the job. (I have never had anyone do that for me and I want to say a special thanks for that)!!!! Thank you. Tracy Quick More
