We arrived at the dealership an hour before closing and Serge and the team stayed until 10pm that night to complete our purchase. It was nice to know our time was valuable and we appreciated them going that extra mile. Kind, sensitive, and helpful Shannon is very nice to do business with. He is a gentleman. He is helpful, informative and took it upon himself to correct a problem with black mar Shannon is very nice to do business with. He is a gentleman. He is helpful, informative and took it upon himself to correct a problem with black marks that were left on the running board entry way to the drivers position on a new Montero that was done by a man with black soles that he slid across the entry way leaving marks that cannot be taken out.
