Jon Waterhouse was my service representative at Crown Nissan. Very knowledgeable and quite friendly. The only reason l didn’t give Jon 5 star rating was a knock was my service representative at Crown Nissan. Very knowledgeable and quite friendly. The only reason l didn’t give Jon 5 star rating was a knock on the service Dept as a whole. The wait time from the time I and other customers was much longer than any other dealership l’ve dealt with. Hire more representatives please. David Ricker More

Car not starting all the time I brought by Versa in as it was not starting all the time. Robert had my car in for tge mechanic to check it over. They tried to figure out what the I brought by Versa in as it was not starting all the time. Robert had my car in for tge mechanic to check it over. They tried to figure out what the problem was. They put a part in and found it did not solve the problem. They worked on the car over 2 hours but did come up with the answer. Robert kept me up to date on the progress. I have had my car in several times this year and Robert has gone out of his way to find and repair tge issue. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend Robert. More

Buying a new Nissan We were greeted by Robert Taormino when we came in early for the Labor Day sale. He informed us that the sale was already in progress.
