Shannon Emery has been so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. The last two times I have had the car in for service and additional repairs have been a bit challenging and he has gone out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He carefully explained the repairs necessary and answered all my questions before we went forward. I really appreciate his help and great attitude. It really makes a difference and is why I come to Crown! More
