I drive from New Tampa to Crown for service I am a huge fan of this dealership, mainly GM Terry Hawkins who is a class act. I bought my first car at Crown Nissan in 2002 and go out of my way to I am a huge fan of this dealership, mainly GM Terry Hawkins who is a class act. I bought my first car at Crown Nissan in 2002 and go out of my way to use their service and buy my cars here. Same with family and friends, who have had similar experiences. My latest visit, driving all the way from New Tampa was no exception. Service Advisor Matthew Bartolo took care of me from start to finish, going above expectations with special treatment. When I came to get my car, all of the advisors were busy with their computers...to the rescue in walks Matt...already remembers who I am without asking, grabs my key and paperwork and escorts me to the cashier where he confirmed what they did to the car. My search narrowed on a 2017 super black Maxima at Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg. After a little bit of back and forth, I was finally ready to purchase the vehicle and Christian Craven as well as the finance manager, Jason, really took care of me. Unlike other dealerships, I did not feel pressured or like I was inconveniencing them, even though I can ask a lot of questions.
