WORST EXPERIENCE IN OVER 25 YEARS OF BUYING CARS! I don't even know where to begin with Crown Mercedes/Eurocars, but I sure wish I had read the other negative reviews before moving forward. This w I don't even know where to begin with Crown Mercedes/Eurocars, but I sure wish I had read the other negative reviews before moving forward. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had buying a car in over 25 years of buying cars, including Porsche 911s, BMW M3s, Mercedes SUVs, etc. I could write a novel here, but in short, after having me jump through hoops because of a supposed last-minute deadline to get the sale registered for them by the end of the month, they sent me rushed and horribly disorganized paperwork (wrong dates, wrong figures, missing copies, inconsistent information, etc.) that detailed I owed them more than we agreed upon and showing the car had several hundred miles added to it and far more than were advertised. The first salesman I had didn't even respond to my calls or emails, so they had to transfer me to a second salesman, whom, based on his behavior, I think must have just started selling cars the week before. For everything I asked him, he had to go ask someone else for the answer. I literally think this may have been his first ever sale. When I asked about the after-the-fact increased price and the after-the-fact, increased mileage, they threatened that if I did not overnight them the signed paperwork and balance, the deal was off. There is so much more to this absolute debacle on the part of Crown Mercedes, but I will stop here. The bottom line is that I am not going to be bullied or manipulated, so they can keep their car and go play games with some other unsuspecting buyer. What a nightmare this was. I will be submitting reviews elsewhere, including the Better Business Bureau. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE IN BUYING A CAR I was s o impressed with CJ at Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio. CJ was gracious enough to wait for me upon my initiaL meeting after the dealership had I was s o impressed with CJ at Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio. CJ was gracious enough to wait for me upon my initiaL meeting after the dealership had closed for the night. After I had explained what I was looking for CJ was an expert in recommending the exact car I was looking for. I was originally set on the C300. With his expertise and professionalism he was able to recommend the right vehicle to fit my exact budget, style, and image. The vehicle was a E350 2010. I was able to get everything I was looking for with more room at approxitmately the same price. When it was time to sign paper work, CJ greeted me with popcorn and a coloring book for my grandson. When I met with the finance manager, CJ was right there to answer any questions that arose. I found the finance manager (Ashly) to be very knowledgeble and was able to get me thru the process with making me feel humiliated for not being the expert that she was. After the sale CJ has been terrific in following up with me about questions or concerns that I may of had. To have follow up after the sale is most impressive and is where most Dealerships drop the ball. In conclusion I highly recommend CJ and Crown, if your in the market for a car. My experience was top notch just like the Mercedes that I purchased. Great job to CJ. Because of CJ. I will be referring others to him and buying in the future. More

Be treated like a King and Queen!! A few years ago we bought a 2007 E350 4Matic and worked with CJ Sexton. We happened to mention to CJ that our dream car was a S550 4matic with massag A few years ago we bought a 2007 E350 4Matic and worked with CJ Sexton. We happened to mention to CJ that our dream car was a S550 4matic with massaging seats. CJ said that if we would be patient he'd keep working with us and we'd eventually get our dream car. Almost 2 years later we found a gorgeous 2010 E350 but were still wanting to move up to a S class. Again, CJ said to be patient and he'd make sure to find us the perfect S class. Today, we came in for our free car washes and while waiting I got a call from CJ Sexton saying he just saw that they had gotten our dream car in on trade. I told him we were in the lobby so he brought the car around for us to see. After driving it, seeing just how comfortable it was on the inside, how easy it is to drive even though it's a large car, and how much power it had we decided to go for it. CJ worked with his manager, Tom, who really wanted to see us get the car too. They worked some numbers and then Craig in finance worked his magic and they gave us an awesome deal. Even Gilberto in detail was walking around the car with us making sure it was pristine! Keith and Oleg in service made sure the car was clean and got our license plates attached quickly. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but once we made the decision everyone in the dealership was congratulating us. They all knew this was our dream car because CJ had been telling them what we were looking for to make sure that if the right car came in we'd be the first to know! CJ is honest and will work to find exactly what YOU want rather than trying to sell you something just to meet a quota. If you have a specific dream car CJ will keep looking until he finds the right deal for YOU because he wants you to be happy. Even though we've always bought used cars from Crown, CJ, Tom, Craig, Keith, Oleg and Gilberto all treat us like family and we can't thank them enough for all of their hard work! This is the 4th car we've bought from Crown and the 3rd one we've bought with CJ Sexton. We've referred a friend to CJ and she said she loved the way CJ treated her too so we know he treats everyone the same... with kindness and respect! We are definitely Crown customers for life!
