End of lease I loved my 2012 C300 but the lease was up so Ken put me in a 2015 with the new body style and crazy key-less ignition, upgraded and way more user frie I loved my 2012 C300 but the lease was up so Ken put me in a 2015 with the new body style and crazy key-less ignition, upgraded and way more user friendly navi system, among other improvements. It's gorgeous! I didn't even look at anything else. Ken's easy and fun to work with. Very knowledgeable and spends a great deal of time to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Thanks! More
Best Dealer Experience In 27 Years. I have owned a LOT of vehicles in the past 27 years. Corvettes, classic cars from the 50's and 60's, Cadillacs, BMW's, and a pile of service trucks. I I have owned a LOT of vehicles in the past 27 years. Corvettes, classic cars from the 50's and 60's, Cadillacs, BMW's, and a pile of service trucks. I have only purchased one used car in my entire life, and never really felt like I had a bad experience. That being said, the recent trip to Crown Eurocars Of Dublin (namely Ken Stuart) looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife's recently totaled SUV has made me rethink how great the previous experiences actually were. Ken and the staff at Crown worked with me on a USED Mercedes Benz ML500 for her, and honestly I felt like I was in paying cash for a 2016 S65. I met Ken on a zero degree day, and without hesitation he strolled right outside with me to go over the details of the vehicle...which he knew inside and out. He let me drive it, let her drive it, gave me several days to waffle, texted me immediately with answers to my questions (even from his personal phone, oh his family time at home), and ultimately filled it with gas and held it in the service area for her to come and pick up her warm, dry vehicle in the dead of winter. if you are shopping for anything on that lot, go see Ken, and leave happy. Stranded with a lock out I had an unacceptable experience with Crown Service Dept. I was locked out of my car and was told "the tools" to open my car were damaged and they co I had an unacceptable experience with Crown Service Dept. I was locked out of my car and was told "the tools" to open my car were damaged and they could not assist me. Who believes this? They offered no assistance. I have had 3 cars with this dealership over the last 10 years. No one has even called back to inquire about my ordeal. No one helped at all. I was locked out of my car with no money, phone etc. More
