After looking at reviews, vehicles with the desired features in mind, safety, performance, and reliab I purchased a certified 2012 C300 Sport 4MATIC. After a long day shopping else ware (where I was underwhelmed with the luxury price for the sporty feel of everything I drove) I was immediately greeted by Doug Horner at Crown who understood what I was looking for and for at a price I was comfortable with. After reading the impressive positive dealer reviews we chose to bring the car to Crown Mercedes - and did we make the right choice! From the moment we drove into the service bay and met David Kohler everything went perfectly. David thoroughly explained the repairs for the car and the time needed to receive parts. We left the car at Crown and continued our trip in a rental. Despite being out of the area, David kept us informed on the repair progress. The repairs are excellent - the car looks like nothing happened. Our service experience with Crown Mercedes and David in particular was outstanding! More
