Doug was the exact opposite - very knowledgeable about every feature in my new Mercedes, especially the new technology and any settings that I could customize. I really appreciated the time that he spent to help me personalize my new Benz. You can tell that Doug is passionate about what he does and about showing customers what sets Mercedes-Benz apart from the competition.
