Great Experience with Steve Revard Stephen Revard is hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with. My family has worked with salesmen from various other luxury car dealerships ( Stephen Revard is hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with. My family has worked with salesmen from various other luxury car dealerships (Audi, Porsche, BMW, etc.), but none have been as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as Steve. My family has been buying cars from Steve for 20 years, and my father is incredibly particular and keen on great customer service, which is a testimonial in and of itself to the superb level of customer service that Steve offers. When it came time for me to buy my first car, we didn't have to think twice about going back to Steve at Crown Eurocars Mercedes. I was moving from Boston, MA to Palo Alto, CA (the San Francisco Bay Area). Steve managed to facilitate the purchase of my Mercedes C300 in Dublin, OH, and the subsequent shipment of my car from the factory in Alabama directly to the Bay Area. This was certainly no simple task as Steve had to reach out to multiple salesmen in San Francisco at different dealerships just to find one who would be willing to perform the delivery service for me. Additionally, my car was shipped to the Stevens Creek dealership while I was located in Palo Alto, so Steve also had to figure out the logistics of getting my car to Palo Alto. While Palo Alto is relatively close to the Stevens Creek dealership, Steve wanted to make it as easy as possible for me (which I greatly appreciated). He was on vacation for a few days while my car was being delivered, but still took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was going well. Steve also was incredibly fair on pricing, making sure that we were happy with the price and that the car was fairly priced according to the overall market. Just as another example of how Steve is always willing to go the extra mile - My mom also purchased a GLK from Steve and when she was having difficulties figuring out how to pair her car with the garage opener, Steve drove out to our house in Dublin, OH to help her with it. I really can't say enough about how great Steve has been. Anyone who purchases a car from Crown Eurocars Mercedes definitely needs to work with Steve Revard. I will be sending all my referrals to him as long as he is still there (hopefully he is never retiring!). More
