I had to bring my Kia Soul in for a recall. That is the only reason I would ever bring my car to a dealership. I feel they are overpriced when it comes to repairs/maintenance so I have my own mechanic. Ne only reason I would ever bring my car to a dealership. Needless to say, Curtis McCool was my service advisor and he was very personable and explained to me exactly what the recall was for and approximately how long they would have my car. He was spot on with the length of time it took to fix the problem and he also had the car washed and vacuumed which was totally unexpected. If I did have to bring my car back for something I would definitely ask for Curtis. He has great customer service skills and on top of that a really "cool" name. Thank you Curtis. More
