He demonstrated being knowledgeable about the range of vehicles we looked at and he answered all our questions. He presented information in a non partial way when comparing vehicle brands. Alex Datsev provided me with friendly and excellent service! He answered all my questions and has followed up with me to be sure I was experiencing all the wonderful Kia features! I had been driving service! He answered all my questions and has followed up with me to be sure I was experiencing all the wonderful Kia features! I had been driving a very basic older auto; no Bluetooth, no back up camera nor other newer driver assistance features. Though it was late in the day, probably after closing even, he went through every feature with me. I have really been enjoying my Kia Soul adventure!
