Tracey Haas was a huge help. The moment I stepped inside the service center, I felt like a main priority. They offered bottled water, coffee and an assortment of snacks in the waiting area along with free the service center, I felt like a main priority. They offered bottled water, coffee and an assortment of snacks in the waiting area along with free wifi and an area to use my laptop. I was offered a shuttle ride back to work so the service didn’t interrupt my work schedule and a return ride back to my car. They texted me instead of calling so I was aware of my finished service and no disruption to my work. This was an amazing experience. I hate having to deal with car problems, but with these little touches, it really made this experience easy on me. Thank you to the crew at crown Kia and thank you Tracey Haas for a job well done! More

I just recently purchases a 2021 Kia Forte. Although I did not buy from Crown I still intend to do all my service here at this location. I was so please to see Cliff Stoufer greet me when I arrived with a did not buy from Crown I still intend to do all my service here at this location. I was so please to see Cliff Stoufer greet me when I arrived with a bad tire. He was my service rep years back when I owned a 2010 and 2016 Elantra. I drive alot of miles every year, work related.
