Tracey Haas was a huge help. The moment I stepped inside the service center, I felt like a main priority. They offered bottled water, coffee and an assortment of snacks in the waiting area along with free the service center, I felt like a main priority. They offered bottled water, coffee and an assortment of snacks in the waiting area along with free wifi and an area to use my laptop. I was offered a shuttle ride back to work so the service didn’t interrupt my work schedule and a return ride back to my car. They texted me instead of calling so I was aware of my finished service and no disruption to my work. This was an amazing experience.
