I took my car in for routine service on August 9th. As always, Sherry was accomodating in making my service experience as wonderful as possible. She was helpful and friendly. I went to Crown Service to get a window closing issue repaired...what i was totally delighted with was how great Alan was to work with and my total glee when he told me my problem was under warranty. So we decided that a safe, well-built, stylish, good gas mileage and reliable new car would best suit our needs. My wife had seen a Kia Forte on the road and thought we should check them out. We did some research and after comparing several other similar class cars, we decided to test drive the various Forte models to narrow down the field and choices. Tom Frawley was our main sales contact at Crown. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and accurate about the Kia products. He was extremely professional and courteous. Tom made the process relaxed and comfortable while answering all of our questions and understanding our concerns and needs. We drove a number of vehicles which built our confidence in our final selection. Our 17 year old daughter noted that Tom was very well spoken. During the purchase process, Tom always kept us in the loop and responded promptly and efficiently. We appreciate the effort. Thanks again, Tom. It was a pleasure dealing with you! This was a truly great experience. I have puschased several cars in the past and Jason was by far the best person I have ever delt with. He went out of his way to make my wife and I happy. My car was finished in the shortest possible time, returned to me in clean condition, working properly with the repairs satisfying the problem. Dee alerted me to the benefit of cost-saving coupons available on the website, and even printed the coupon for me and applied it to the final bill before I arrived to pick up the car in the middle of the work day. The cashier was friendly and professional as well, and the courtesy van drove me to and from work both ways. I know that the dealership keeps good records of all service completed on my vehicle. If I have to wait in the waiting room, it is pleasant and an area is available free from the distractions of the television - and the complimentary coffee is good. More
I was traveling from Alabama when my seat was stuck in the down position. I did not have an appointment but they took me right in. They had a shuttle that took me to and from breakfast. I would recommend working with Jason to by a car. I contacted him via internet and he responded immediately and specifically answered all of my questions in a straightforward manner. This was important to me because I had been dealing with several other dealerships (online and in person) and felt that I was getting the run around. When I finally went to the dealership in person I was impressed with the depth of knowledge that Jason had in regard to the particular car make I was researching and with cars in general. He was very friendly, respectful and was willing to work with me in looking at different configurations of the purchase. In addition, he was very helpful in setting up the technology in the car, getting me orientated to the new vehicle. I would recommend Jason as a qualified, competent representative of Crown Kia. More
We had been very disappointed by another Kia dealership, and were out all day looking at other options. Not finding anything we liked, either new or used, we started home. We were passing by Crown Kia and and were out all day looking at other options. Not finding anything we liked, either new or used, we started home. We were passing by Crown Kia and I convinced my husband to stop. He said, "they won't be any different here..." He was so wrong! I told Michael what had happened to us at the other dealership. I told him how we were treated, and said we had come prepared to buy with our great credit scores, a trade in, all of the paperwork and info needed - but the other dealer just wasn't interested in working with us and came back with numbers that were waaaaay out of our comfort range and refused to budge, so we left. He immediately said, we'll work with you and make you happy!" Or something similar - and that was the truth! This was about 4 pm on a Sunday and sometime after 6 we left with a new Kia. I'll admit, I didn't quite get the one I really wanted - but between Michael, Shawn, and us, we came to a compromise including some extras on BOTH our parts. In other words, they wanted a sale and worked with us. We wanted a new Soul and got one.
