I was so pleased with my service at Crown Kia. Although I liked the Kia Soul and bought a used Hyundai Tucson from Crown Audi instead, I was very happy with the service from Crown Kia and the help and attention from Daryle Hamel. My experience at this location is always exceptional! Sherry Viera is very knowlegable, treats customers kindly, and just does a great job. I've brought my Eclipse in a couple of times thinking something was wrong and thier wasn't. That kind of service and honesty is unheard of these days, anywhere else I'm sure there would be a huge expense for something I didn't need! The mechanic that works on my car, Robert, is also a great asset. He is very thorough and meticulious about his work. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Oh, and did I mention the fact that I feel so comfortable going to this dealership that I drive from Tampa. For these reasons, I think this is by far the best Mitsubishi Dealership. More

I had scheduled a routine oil change. No wait time to get checked in. Dealer had me in and out in an hour(which was the anticipated wait time)and checked for any recalls that might apply. This was my first visit to Crown Kia to have my new 2011 Kia Sorento get a check-up and oil change. Since I have not owned a new car in 40 years I haven't had dealings with manufactures service departments Kia Sorento get a check-up and oil change. I purchased my sorento at a different dealer some miles away so I went online and found Crown Kia to be the nearest dealer. I also used their online service scheduler and made my first appointment. The process was user friendly and I received a follow-up phone call to see if I had any questions. When I arrived at the service desk I was greeted by Mr. Bartalis and he explained how the process worked. With in minutes he had the paper work completed and went to my car and prepared it for the mechanics by placing paper floormats and a seat cover on the seat. He showed me the lounge area and the parts department. This is where I met Mr. Constantine who explained some of the accessories I was interested in had not been shipped due to the newness of my car. I did purchase a set of floormats. Again the process was quick and professionally handled. My first encounter with Crown Kia was very favorable. More
