WOW...what a dealership. These guys at Crown Kia know how to make buying a car easy. I live in Orlando FL and after talking to the local Orlando Kia and being promised a great deal over the phone, I then vis to make buying a car easy. I live in Orlando FL and after talking to the local Orlando Kia and being promised a great deal over the phone, I then visited the Orlando Kia dealership only to be disappointed with additional charges on the car I wanted that amounted to several thousand dollars. I wound up walking out insulted and very disappointed. That’s when I reach out to Crown Kia in Tampa. I saw an advertised deal on a Cadenza that I thought was very reasonable and e-mailed the dealership about it. I was contacted by Michael Cornell and I spoke with him on the phone and told him what I wanted for a deal on a new Cadenza. I told him I would be willing to drive the 1 1/2 hours to the dealership if he could get me the deal I was asking for. He did some checking with the managers and called me back a few minutes later telling me to come on down and he would make the deal. Skeptical that I would get down there and receive the same hidden costs that I experienced elsewhere, I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Michael met me at the door, walked me into the show room and sitting in the middle of the floor was the car I wanted with a big bow on the hood. Michael pointed at it and said there’s your car. I said "yes if we can make a deal". Michael said "what do you mean?...we already made a deal over the phone." Then jokingly added “you can pay more if you want to but I am ready to give you your deal." We sat down did the paperwork and I drove the exact car home for exactly what I wanted and asked for over the phone. I am 52 years old and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. Not once have I experienced the easy atmosphere and no stress experience that I did at Crown KIA. My thanks to a great team at Crown Kia and especially to my sales consultant Michael Cornell! More

I was looking to upgrade to a new car. Price was the number one issue on my list as well as comfort in a new vehicle. When I arrived Jack was the first person to approach me in the parking lot.
