Stopped by to show my service advisor Sherry Vieira, who took the time even while others had been scheduled to take a look of the symptoms and then get my vehicle scheduled the next business day. While the news of what needed to be done wasn't the best, Sherry was in total control and made it happen. She followed up with phone calls to keep me informed. When service was completed, she called and scheduled a pick up at my place of employment to insure I would be able to get my vehicle back asap. In addition, I received the 10% loyal customer discount off of the labor and at the time of pickup, I was assisted with another advisor, Matt, who quickly explained the procedure as he expedited the payment process.
