Hours later we decided to look further because many of the features we had on our 2012 cars were not available on the 2015 model we had chosen in our budget range. We found 2 Kia Optimas and were excited that the features we wanted were on the Optimas AND at a great price! We met with Michael and he assured us he would work hard to get us a lease within our budget. And he did! Michael is so personable and knowledgeable; truly an asset to the Crown family. We love our new Optimas and glad we stopped at Kia and met Michael; and we didn't have to settle for less. Can't beat that! More

Stopped by to show my service advisor Sherry Vieira, who took the time even while others had been scheduled to take a look of the symptoms and then get my vehicle scheduled the next business day. While the news of what needed to be done wasn't the best, Sherry was in total control and made it happen. She followed up with phone calls to keep me informed. When service was completed, she called and scheduled a pick up at my place of employment to insure I would be able to get my vehicle back asap. In addition, I received the 10% loyal customer discount off of the labor and at the time of pickup, I was assisted with another advisor, Matt, who quickly explained the procedure as he expedited the payment process.
