Plain loss of time. Awful trade-in offer I don't know where the 5 stars review come from, and I don't have much dealership experience either, but I can compare what I know: I purchased a car I don't know where the 5 stars review come from, and I don't have much dealership experience either, but I can compare what I know: I purchased a car 3 months ago from Autonation Nissan in Clearwater, they were awesome. In comparison, Crown really sucked. I came in to see what kind of deal they woudl offer for a trade-in. I called before. They had all the information needed. Still took them 1 hour of me waiting alone (no water, nothing of course) to come with an offer that was 3k below KBB and HALF (yes, HALF) of what I have been offered for a cash purchase of this car. I actually felt like they purposely offered me just under what I owed on the trade-in, maybe as a strategy to take advantage of people who are having trouble with their payments and just want to pay the bank back? They also pulled my credit without telling me after making me fill some paperwork that was presented as needed to check the value of my trade-in. Bottom line: very slow unnecessarily, not listening to my needs at all, a low-ball offer that was plain disrespectful, and a sneaky process trying to push the customer in their direction (you know, when you ask a question or request an information, and they say "yes, yes" but they continue collecting whatever information THEY want, and continue with THEIR sale process like nicely trained robots). Hated it. Made me feel terrible. Go to Autonation Nissan in Clearwater, and see the light. More

I usually hate buying cars, often feeling pressured to buy anything and be done with it. Crown Kia/Mitsubishi was my first stop and it ended up being the only one. I'll admit, when I first saw the car I ended up purchasing I was dead set against anything that small; I love my big cars. I was surprised by how spacious it was, and it drove great! Chris Jensen, the salesman who helped my mother and I, was very kind, knowledgable, and helpful. He gave us a detailed look at the car, let me test drive it TWICE, and gave me enough space to figure out for myself if I wanted to make any decisions. I was given a wonderful and fair deal after trading my former gigantic dodge for the adorable and fantastic Mitsubishi Mirage. The entire staff were so nice and patient, they explained everything in great detail from beginning to end. I wish I could remember the names of the other employees I encountered there to give them a special shoutout. All in all, everyone was wonderful and made my first car buying experience a wonderful one. Others from the company who have contacted me about maintenance and other things associated with my car have been stellar as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for their first car or a new car to these fantastic people, they really know how to treat a customer. More
